GI Coffee Houseのオーナー Katieさんの、
「日本のアーティストの皆さんと、ニューヨークで展示会を訪れる人々が、
海を渡ってきたポストカードで繋がれる。
この大きな世界を小さく感じられるイベントになるね！」
とおっしゃった事から、このタイトルが生まれました。
展示会会場の Principles GI Coffee Houseさんが、
ニューヨークの再王手新聞社であるNew York Times、
そして日本の国営放送NHKの番組で取り上げられました。
ニューヨークのブルックリンで、
コーヒーの値段をお客さんが決められるなど、
先進的なサービスが注目を集めており、
オーナーであるKatieさんの楽しいお店作りが、
大手メディアからも大注目されております。
